Refund request

Hello. I subscribed to joytunes a couple of days ago.

I have accessed the app once and I'm really disappointed with it and it's not what I thought it was.

Please can you cancel my subscription and refund me.

I am a lone parent with 2 boys on a low income and I can't afford to pay for something that I won't use. Thank you so much!

The credit card has been debited for three years in a row for an unwanted subscription. I didn't agree to continue after the 7-day trial. The subscription is not shown in subscriptions on my phone.

Unauthorised money taken from my bank account

JoyTunes - Unauthorised money taken from my bank account

I am Stella Nwapanyi. My daughter did simply piano 2022 which i paid for and has never done it again after that. JoyTunes came and took money from my PayPal and Natwest account linked to my paypal account.

Please i want my money back.

Joytunes never contacted me at all, just went straight to paypal and my bank to collect my money.

Council my subscription

I cancelled my Simple Guitar subscription a couple of months ago. However, it's still charging to my card and I don't even have the app anymore. I called my card company and they told me that it wouldn't be billed anymore, but it's still happening.

Being charged $209.07

$209.07 was taken out of my account March 6/24. With no explanation of the break down.

I don't understand the amount or what time period this covers. I had simply signed up for the free program. I never ordered program to obtain a receipt.

Can someone help me with this. I did enjoy the free trial but wasn't aware of immediate charges that I know nothing about.
